great views but limited dining options
The spacious room had fine mountain views. The beautifully decorated bathroom felt luxurious. Staff were accommodating, helping us with any requests we had throughout our visit.
Dining options in the hotel were somewhat limited, especially for lunch.

Great hotel with amazing wi-fi, a rooftop pool, and friendly staff. They helped me with an insect bite on my first visit. The service is always great, and I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

We stayed here for weekend, everything was beautiful and it was in the perfect location on the Promenade. Location: the hotel was not far from a center, and several restaurants. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Glen Beach.

Upon arrival, I found it confusing to access the hotel through the shopping center. The room itself felt outdated and wasn't worth the high price, especially with the inadequate bathroom facilities and lack of sufficient amenities.

We loved the rooftop pool bar! The fine sea view while lounging there made our family moments even more special. The breakfast spread was good, with fresh options that kept our two little ones happy and energized for the day ahead.
In my wife's opinion, a kids' menu at the restaurant would have been great.

Lovely terrace with sea views made for an enjoyable space to relax. Perfect for sunrise and sunset watchers. The proximity to beaches and vibrant restaurants within walking distance provided endless options for dining and entertainment.
Room cleanliness fell flat, with delays in cleaning service that pushed tasks until late in the day, and missed turn down service on more than one occasion. Unpleasant odors wafted from the kitchen below my room, impacting the experience on what should have been a peaceful terrace. While the decor was clean, it lacked the high-end finishes expected at this price point, leaving me questioning the value for the money spent.
